In our current work, we examined the quantifiability of CNT-FET biosensors. We prepared the CNT-FETs by a normal device making process. The CNTs were prepared directly on substrates by catalytic chemical vapor deposition. Pig serum albumin (PSA) antigens and anti PSA (a-PSA) antibodies were used as target samples for electrical detection.
